Our Admission Process

At Agra Vanasthali Mahavidyalaya (AVM), the admission process is designed to be transparent, merit-based, and student-friendly. Applicants are required to submit the prescribed application form along with all necessary documents within the specified admission period.

Admissions are granted based on the candidate’s eligibility, academic performance, document verification, and the rules of the college. Students are advised to complete all admission formalities, including fee payment, within the prescribed timeline to secure their admission.

Application Form

Applicants must complete the prescribed admission form, either online or offline, and submit it along with all required documents before the last date of admission.

Verification

Applicants must submit the required academic certificates, valid ID proof, and passport-size photographs for document verification. Admission will be confirmed only after successful verification.

Admission Guideline

Admissions are granted strictly on the basis of eligibility, merit, and college rules. Incomplete applications or submission of false information may lead to rejection. The decision of the Admission Committee shall be final.

Joining Confirmation

Admission will be confirmed only after successful document verification and payment of the prescribed fees. Students must report to the college and attend classes on the scheduled date, failing which the admission may be cancelled.

AVM Admission Guidelines

Please ensure that you carry the following documents at the time of admission:

  • Original and self-attested photocopies of Class 10th & 12th Mark Sheets and Passing Certificates.
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) and Character Certificate issued by the last attended institution.
  • Migration Certificate (for students from boards/universities other than the affiliating authority), if applicable.
  • Aadhaar Card or any valid Government-issued Photo Identity Proof.
  • Four recent passport-size colour photographs.
  • Caste, Income, and EWS Certificate (if applicable) for reservation or scholarship benefits.
  • Domicile Certificate, wherever applicable.
  • Duly filled Admission Application Form along with the prescribed admission fee.
  • All admissions are subject to document verification, eligibility criteria, and approval by the College Admission Committee.
  • The college reserves the right to accept or reject any application if the submitted information is found to be incomplete or incorrect.
